This depends on which of the seven available banner ad positions you choose.

1) The maximum single period for banner ad bookings is 12 months.
2) These prices relate to ready-made banner ads that conform to the technical specifications set out below.
3) Under no circumstances do these prices include the cost of designing a banner ad on behalf of a
prospective advertiser.
Please also note: positions are booked for a calendar month at a time and are subject to availability.
All adverts are subject to the Terms & Conditions that apply to this website, and all bookings are accepted on that basis.

Is there a discount for media buyers or advertising agencies?
Yes: 10%.
Is there an extra discount for charities?
No.
What is the file size limit?
Banner ads should be supplied as a .gif file, with a size limitation of 30k.

Can a banner ad include animation?
Yes, banner ads can be animated or static – subject to the file size limit of 30k.
Can a banner ad include a click-thru address?
Yes. Please give the full web address of the page you want people to click-through to, including http:// and page name, for example: http://www.christians-in-education.org.uk/events.html
Please note: this is important as some addresses don't have the www in them, e.g. http://news.bbc.co.uk

How much does it cost to get a banner ad designed?
Prices are as follows…
Static (non animated):
Either: 120 x 240 pixels (portrait) or: 468 x 60 pixels (landscape)
Cost: £75 for one; £100 for both
Animated:
Either: 120 x 240 pixels (portrait) or: 468 x 60 pixels (landscape)
Cost: £125 for one; £160 for both
Please note: these prices include initial design and one revision prior to publishing.
If more design options are required this will cost more.
What do I need to send to the banner ad designer?
The banner ad file is the property of the client and will be in a standard format so it can be used on other websites.
At least ten working days prior to the publication date, the client will need to provide the designer with the following:
(a) logo (if required)
(b) image (e.g. if a product is being displayed)
(c) copy (i.e. the exact wording required)
(d) some creative direction as to the colours / themes / ideas that should be included
(e) web link (i.e. the exact webpage you want people to go to when they click on your ad)
Please note: most file formats are acceptable except images embedded into Word or Publisher. Ideally logos and images should be sent as a JPG, TIFF, PSD or EPS.
